Once we understand your goals, we will help setup a search based on your needs. This is done in our incredible "Collections" technology which will allow us to immediately identify potential homes AND seemlessly communicate about each one in real time. This save time but also allows us to on top of every opportunity.

Step 3 Tour & Analyze Homes
As properties come on the market you can immediately schedule times to go see those properties. You can either text, call or schedule directly off our website. Someone from our team will be available 9AM -7PM Monday thru Saturday, every week of the year.

Step 4 Successfully Negotiate Offer
Our current market is intensely competitive. We increase our clients odds of success by using our nearly 100 years of combined experience, plus our current market knowledge and industry relationships to advise you on the best strategy for success.

When we reach mutual acceptance on the purchase and sales contract, we will begin the last step which is the contract to close phase. This is where we manage the process of executing the contract, making sure all contingencies are satisfied and the home is in perfect condition for when you take possession.
